When his class let out, Brad saw that the rain was still pouring down. To avoid getting drenched he headed straight toward the annex closest to where he had parked his car.
Evie smiled as she saw her twin approaching. She and Brad had always been close and even though they were the same age, he loved playing big brother. He said it was because he arrived two minutes before her.”
“Hey, Bro!”
“Hey, Evie.”
“How’d math go this morning? Bet you got an ‘A’ on that report.”
“Actually, thanks to you, it was an ‘A+’.’”
“Glad I could help!”
“well, it was more than help. If it wasn’t for you I’d have gotten my normal ‘D’. It’s just so easy for you and I have to work so hard.”
“So, now you owe me, right?”
“Always Sis...” Brad mumbled, as they walked together toward the exit
