CHAPTER 36
With all the excitement of the last twenty-four hours Brad couldn’t get to sleep. Instead he checked into cyber-space and hoped to link up with Patti. They hadn’t arranged to meet, so he started to search some of the chat rooms.
After about an hour of frustrated searching Brad had to resign himself to simply sending her an h-mail. Exhausted from the day, he felt he really needed to be with her but he couldn’t keep his eyes open any longer. Brad finally shut the computer down for the night and decided it was probably better that they didn’t connect. Patti was becoming like a fix, one that he had to have.
