I looked at my mate in panic. "Why would they want our unborn pups?"
"Because three are going to be special," Menhit said. "They are the future heirs, and because their mother is a blessed one, they have also been gifted as the firstborn, it is Seline's way to protect the future of the Werewolf Kingdom, and along with that it will protect the Kingdom of Witches and Warlocks, but we need to protect the Princess and win the fight first."
I looked at them all in shock. Menhit's red eyes shone as she spoke.
"Maybe we should take this back to the packhouse, the King should be involved in this as well," Hamish said. I agreed. We all made our way up the road back to the pack house to see the King coming out to meet us with the Queen, Chloe, and Claire.
"Ms. Lupin." The King said.
