“A cactus romance? That’s a bit of a prickly subject don’t you think?” Rocco teased when he read the movie description.
Ani cracked up like she was watching a standup comedy show. I shook my head while I put the DVD in the player.
“You rolled your eyes at me, didn’t you?”
“Yes. Yes, I did.”
“Ani thought it was funny, right?”
“Yep.”
“So, you’re basing your comedy skills on a four-year-old?”
“Mommy, I’m not four yet.”
