My heart thumped against my ribcage as I read mom's letter to me..
"Dear Mirabella.
By the time you are reading this, I'll be no longer with you.. I know you have alot of questions and probably mad at me for my stupid decision that changed your life.. I am so sorry sweetheart.. But I had to option left.. When I was kidnapped, I was so scared thinking I'll never see the next day.. But I managed to escape.. I found out that they wanted to kill your father.. No matter the fact that I was mad at him, I'm still in love with that arrogant ass man.. He is my lifeline.. So was I to him.. And they figured it out.. I was a pawn to them and as long as I'm with your father.. He'll be in risk too.. So I took this decision.. I am sorry for making your life miserable but I had no choice..
