VERONICA’S POV
With the morning alarm, I opened my eyes, as I was very tired. I went to sleep early last night. I know for you all it must be like how I was able to do it even after this much chaos, but I was too tired to do anything.
I got ready to leave for school quickly. My mom came to check on me but she was surprised to see that her daughter was already ready.
“ Hey, Veronica, you got up. I thought you might be sleeping.” She said, looking at me.
“Yeah good morning mom, I did as I have to leave early today”. I said with a smile on my face, somewhere or other, I was excited about today.
