I felt my head collide with the wall first. The world around me vibrated as I felt my brain being shook inside my skull. I landed on the floor limply, slowly moving my hands underneath me. Some locks of hair fell from my up-do and dangled around my face.
Before I could gather my thoughts I was pulled into standing upright and then higher, my feet dangling as he held me against the wall. His dark brown, almost black eyes stared at me. I was trapped between his tall and dominating frame and the cold walls of the hotel room.
A searing pain erupted in my stomach as I felt myself being punched there. A groan slipped past my lips. My hands went to hold my aching torso but they were abrasively yanked away, restrained against the wall.
