A few weeks went passed and when Esme woke up that morning, feeling very glum, she got dressed into her training kit, threw her hair up in a high ponytail and hit the gym. She'd been meeting up with Hunter there, since Colton still didn't want to be alone in the same room as her. After fighting each other for nearly 2 hours, they stopped to take a break and they spoke about the new information that Axel revealed last night, probably from what Colton had unearthed from his investigation into the Bloodnecks.
"So how are you feeling about the Bloodnecks' new plan of action?" Hunter asked her.
