The First Date

*Kat's POV*

It has been three days since Kalen has arrived. Kalen and Jax has already marked each other. Today is Friday which means it is date night for Lucas and I. Lucas will not tell me anything that he has planned for tonight. I am currently sitting on my bed looking at my closet. I have nothing to wear!!!! I called Kalen to come to my room so he can help me. My door flung open and Kalen walked in screaming "WHAT TIME IS HE PICKING YOU UP!!!! AND WHY DID YOU NOT CALL ME EARLIER TO HELP!" I sighed "He is not picking me up but I have to meet him downstairs in one hour. Just please help me I have no idea what to wear." I say to him he starts going through my clothes trying to find something. He pulls out my blue strapless and ask "what about this one?" I shake my head and say "This is my first date and you know my father wouldn't let me date in high school." He looks at me then comes and sits by me "Look I know this is all new for you but do you want to and I mean really want to go on this date?" he asked me in a very low voice and now that I am really thinking about it "I really don't want to go on this date but I need to." I say out loud without really meaning to say it out loud. Kalen stands up walks over to my closet and pulls out my skin tight strapless black and red mid thigh dress with a slit on my left thigh going a quarter of the way up. Then he pulls out my 7 inch Christian Louboutin black spike red bottoms I gasped thinking he is crazy if he thinks I am going to wear that on a date. "ARE YOU CRAZY!!" I yell at him and he just started laughing. "Look girl you need to drive this man crazy and if he sees you in this dress and with these heels he is going to freak. b***h you need to make this man beg for you." He says with the biggest smile on his face. I grab the dress and heels and walk into my bathroom and took a quick shower. I scrubbed my body with my fav body soap quickly washed my hair and wrapped a towel around my hair and dried my body and put on my strapless black lace bra and black lace thong then threw on a t-shirt. I walked into my room and I realize I only have about 30 minutes left so I blow dried my hair and had Kalen put loose curls in my hair while I did a simple makeup look. Once finished I put my dress and heels on. I looked at myself in the mirror and was loving the girl in the mirror. Kalen looked at me and smiled and said "Damn girl he will not be able to keep his hands off of you tonight and do not do anything you are not ready for okay my love." I smiled and said " Thank you I will see you downstairs in a couple minutes." He nodded and left my room. I waited a couple more minutes before I walked out of my room. I started to head down stairs and as I reach the staircase I looked down to see if Lucas was there but he wasn't. I walked downstairs to find him when I got down the stairs and Jax was quick to grab my arms which made me growl at him then I started having a pain in my chest like my heart was being ripped out. I bent over clutching my chest, Jax is holding one of my arms and Kalen is holding the other. "Jax can you please get Lucas and figure out what is going on." I tell him. He runs into the living room while Kalen and I walk into the living room and once we get into there I froze. 

*Lucas' POV*

I am waiting for Kat to finish getting ready Kalen told me that it was going to be five more minutes. I am planning on taking my Kitty Kat to La Grenouille it is a French restaurant in New York, New York it is only a two hour drive. As I am waiting for my beautiful mate to come down I am sitting in the living room when Olivia walks in. "Hi Luke how are you doing." "What do you want Olivia, and it is Alpha Lucas to you." I say to her. "Oh come on Luke you know damn and well you want me still. We have had this relationship going on for years since we were teens." She tries to sit on my lap and I try to push her off. "Olivia I need you to get off of me now." I try to say in a stern voice but the way she is rubbing against me she leans down to kiss me and when she does Jax runs into the room and freezes I look towards him and he looks so mad at me the just a few seconds later I see my beautiful mate hunched over hanging on to Kalen she looks like she is in so much pain. Just then I realize that Olivia is still on my lap. I push her off and went to tell Kat what happened. "Kat please just list.." she cuts me off and starts crying " H...h..how could y..you do this to me." she says to me. "Please just listen and let me explain to you nothing was going on between Olivia and I." she scuffed and said "Kalen can you please help me up to my room I no longer would like to go out anymore." with that they walked up to her room when I tried to go after her I got stopped by Olivia trying o kiss me "Come on Luke you know you want me inside of that slut." I growled so loudly and said "DO NOT EVER SPEAK THAT WAY ABOUT YOUR LUNA Jax tell one of the worriers take Olivia here to the cells." He nodded then said "Luke I don't think you should see Kat right now just give it a few hours then try and talk to her." I wanted to say that he was wrong but I know he is right. I sigh "You are right and Jax you know that I would never do that to Kat like ever right." he looked at me with a sad look in his eyes. "Look man she is hurting right now you have been my best friend since we were pups but you f****d up dude it doesn't matter how you look at it the only thing that matters to Kat is that you were lip lock with another chick that is all she is going to remember about tonight."  I sighed knowing he is right I can try and make it up to her but she is only going to remember how I screwed up. I went into my office and shut the door and opened a bottle of jack. I start drinking hoping that my mate will forgive me. Storm is howling in my head that our mate is hurt and we need to comfort her but he doesn't understand that she needs time. 

*Kat's POV*

Kalen is helping me up to my room . I am starting to feel better but all I want to do right now is crawl in bed and never come out. "Lets get you out of these clothes and in something more comfy." Kalen says to me so I take off my heels and unzip my dress throw on a big t-shirt and slide out my dress and put of some sweats. I crawled in bed and started crying. "Babes don't cry please." Kalen whispered sweet nothings in my ear and I couldn't help but cry harder. "Kalen can you please leave I want to be alone." I say in a soft voice. He nodded and said " Of course love just call me if you need anything at all." I nodded my head and with that he left and I laid there on my bed curled up in a ball and cried myself to sleep just wanting this day to end.

*Lucas' POV*

It was pasted midnight and all I wanted to do was see my mate so I did what any sane wolf would do when their mate is mad at them. I snuck into her room and carefully laid next to her I missed her so much and the way she smelled already. I started thinking about all of the thing that I could do to make it up to her. I know if I fall asleep I would have to wake up early to make sure she doesn't know that I was here in her room. I slowly started to fall asleep holding my beautiful mate in my arms.
