*Kat's POV*

As I made my way into the kitchen I seen my mom. " Hey honey happy birthday" "Thanks mom" I started smelling the most amazing scent ever it smelled like pine and mint and chocolate. The whole time Lilith was screaming mate over and over inside my head. I went outside and ran into a wall. Waiting for the impact of the ground that never came as two strong arms wrapped around my waist. I looked up and seen the most handsome godlike man. He had a deep forest green eyes and jet black hair. He was really tall. "MINE!" He said and it sent shivers of pleasure down my spine.

*Nik's POV*

As I was saying hello to Alpha Lucas I noticed that he was distracted by something or someone. "Lucas it is nice of you to join us." I said to him. He just nodded and asked "what is that amazing smell?" He started walking to the house just then my beautiful daughter came out. She ran into him and he caught her but I was not expecting what Alpha Lucas said next. "MINE!" I let out a growl " NO no no no no... " Ava came running out. "What is going....." that is when she realized what was happening and she ran to me trying to hold me back because I was not having this.

*Lucas' Pov* 

I helped her stand up and placed my arms around her waist smelling her amazing scent. 

"What is your name little mate?" 

She looked so nervous and gave me a small smile.

" That is my daughter Alpha Lucas her name is Katherina" Alpha Nik said with a growl

Great the Alphas daughter and from what I hear she is his only daughter.

" Katherina it is very nice to meet you I am..."

"Alpha Lucas James Smith yeah I know." She said with an annoyed voice and turned around and walked away and shifted.

*Kat's POV*

Oh goddess oh goddess why did you have to mate me to a criminal why why why me. I walked away from my mate and shifted midair into my pure white wolf and ran trying to wrap my head around everything. Lilith was screaming at me to go back to our mate. But I blocked her out and the next thing I knew I was being tackled to the ground by a giant midnight black wolf. I stood back up and started growling at the wolf. The wolf on the other hand started whimpering and that when its scent hit me it was my mate. I shifted back (our clothes stay intact if we shift) 

"What are you doing here and why are you following me?? stalker much" He growled at that and shifted back. And oh goddess he was so handsome. He was about six foot five and very muscular and I could just get lost in his eyes for days. He stalked over to me and grabbed my hand. 

" You are mine." I couldn't help but laugh at that. And he started growling at me. 

"YOU...ARE...MINE!!" He growled at me. I pushed his hand off of mine. Then I ran back to the pack house and passed everyone screaming my name asking what was wrong or happening. I finally got to my room and locked the door breathing really hard.
