I didn't get to sleep much because I was uncomfortable and unsettled. Checking the time, it was three in the morning. I carried Ava to the bedroom, tucked her into bed and silently went back to my study.
The yacht is safe and has a private location unknown to my men and anyone close to me. I bought it under the identity of a widow, just in case I needed to lie low. And, am glad it came in handy a few times.
