Chapter 20 Marc
Vaguely, Marc hears an ear-shattering scream. Together with that sound he becomes aware of a piercing pain in his head. Apparently he sank away after that because the next thing that seeps through to him, is the sound of a siren and the feeling to roll down any second because of the rocking movement. What is happening barely reaches him. He feels that he is being lifted and rolled into a brightly lit room. The next thing reaching him, is someone patting him on the cheek and calling ‘Hello, Sir.’ He tries to open his eyes but the pain which this causes to his head, makes him cease that attempt.
