Chapter 32 Marc
After having said goodbye to Josh, Marc goes home until their later appointment. He is pleased that a few years ago he decided to buy a detached house on the edge of town. Although it’s a bit big for him on his own, he enjoys, when he’s not at work, the lovely quiet scenery he can look at from almost everywhere in his house. At one side there are farmlands to look at, and on the other side there is a big forest where he goes for a run in the morning before going to work as often as possible. Again he realises how lucky he is. He is glad he didn’t let Sophie coax him into exchanging his house for a comfortable apartment. Of course an apartment would be more practical, certainly considering his situation. As a matter of fact he is often away for work for several days on end.
