Chapter 13: Whisking Up Feelings

Aayesha woke up early, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. She had been working at the restaurant for over a month now, and she was loving every minute of it. As she got ready for her shift, she couldn't help but think about the last meeting she had with rajveer when they went for a movie and dinner., she had agreed, despite her initial hesitation.

As she arrived at the restaurant, she smiled by the familiar aroma of freshly baked bread and the sound of sizzling vegetables. As the pastry chef, Aayesha was responsible for creating the sweet treats that would delight the restaurant's customers.

As the lunch rush subsided, Aayesha took a short break to grab a bite to eat. She sat down in the staff room, munching on a sandwich and scrolling through her phone. That's when she saw Rajveer's text, "Hey ready to grab coffee after your shift today?"

"What if this is more than just friendship?" her heart would say.

"No, no, no," her mind would respond. "You're just being paranoid.He's just being friendly." It's been weeks since we last met "

Aayesha took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down. She typed out a response, trying to sound casual "Hey, yeah, that sounds great! But I don't get off until 6 pm. Want to meet at 5:30?"

Rajveer responded almost immediately. "Sounds perfect. I'll meet you at the coffee shop down the street from your restaurant."

Aayesha agreed, and they made plans to meet later that day. As she headed to work, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. What would the day bring?

As she worked her shift, Aayesha found herself glancing at the clock every few minutes. She was looking forward to seeing Rajveer again, and she couldn't help but wonder what their conversation would be like.

Finally, her shift ended, and she clocked out. She met Rajveer at the coffee shop, and they sat down at a cozy table by the window.
