Episode 9: "The City of Love"
As the plane touched down in Paris, Lexi felt a thrill of excitement. She had always dreamed of visiting the City of Light, and now she was here, with Don De Santos.
As they made their way through customs and into the city, Lexi couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder. The Eiffel Tower rose above the rooftops, its iron latticework gleaming in the sunlight.
Don took her hand, leading her through the winding streets of Montmartre. They walked past charming cafes and artist studios, the scent of freshly baked croissants wafting through the air.
As they reached the top of the hill, Lexi gasped in amazement. The city stretched out before them, a breathtaking panorama of rooftops and spires.
Don smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "I'm glad you like it," he said, his voice low and husky.
Lexi felt a flutter in her chest. She was having the time of her life, and Don was the perfect guide.
As the sun began to set, Don led her to a charming little restaurant in the Latin Quarter. They feasted on escargots and ratatouille, the wine flowing freely.
Lexi felt herself relaxing in Don's presence, her guard dropping for the first time in weeks. Maybe, just maybe, she was starting to trust him.
As the night wore on, Don reached across the table, taking her hand in his. "I'm glad you're here with me, Lexi," he said, his eyes burning with intensity.
Lexi felt a shiver run down her spine. What did Don mean? Was this more than just a business trip?
As she looked into his eyes, Lexi knew that she was in trouble. She was falling for Don De Santos, hard. And she had no idea how to stop it.
