It was Monday and Rose's last night in the cabin for the week. She wouldn't be back till Thursday night. Drew's going to help sneak her out in the morning before everyone wakes up. He's going to be over here soon to go over the plan with us. They haven't seen each other since everything that happened between them. I'm trying to push past it, but I still don't trust him alone with her yet.
Rose decided to take a nap before he got here, which was fine. I had some work to catch up on, but I couldn't stop thinking about her answer the other day. I asked her if she could ever forgive me. She said yes, but she'd never forget and she wouldn't be able to trust me, not yet. I held on to hope for us, for me to have a shot.
