I blushed. “Alec.” He chuckled and turned his gaze to the window. The Apex Meridian loomed ahead. Sky trackers fanned across the night sky in synchronized sweeps, their glow visible for miles. Minutes later, our convoy pulled up before the red carpet. A valet opened the door. “Welcome to the Banquet.” Alec stepped out first, then he rounded the car to open my door. “That's Alec Rivera!
