Eden delivers Lela back to her room safe and sound, without any problems (except that she’s much heavier than he thought). Bandits, thieves, and cutthroats in the area know her well, and even in her drunken state, Lela is still a beast to deal with. The Thieves Guild is also aware of her return to Ella, but they have yet to make their moves, sooner or later one will have to get rid of the other to survive. Eden throws the pretty and “delicate” lady onto her bed like a sack of grain. Normally, Lela would try to kick his a*s for this, but she’s soundly asleep, fortunately for the entire inn.
