FOR the next few days, I learned to cook new seafood dishes. I’ve always found cooking seafood time consuming, but seeing all the fresh catch in the market has inspired me. I’ve made clams, shrimp, and lobster recipes to name a few. I wanted so much to have someone taste what I’ve cooked, but when I remember that I have no one, I was saddened.
My parents are gone, and Roel has not been speaking to me in person. In fact, I haven’t seen him in a while, although we’ve been communicating through email. I’m sure if I ask him to come, he will, but after what happened with Julian, I didn’t want to lead him on.
I thought about Julian and how great it would be if he was here with me. I’m pretty sure he would enjoy all the seafood I’ve cooked, particularly the lobster. He usually prefers beef or p
