"I'm so sorry. Will you please forgive me?" I asked looking at Harvey's face, which was currently black and blue.
To say I was surprised when I woke up to Hunter punching Harvey would be an understatement. I didn't believe that we had even done anything wrong. But what happened was evident on Harvey's face as he was now sporting a black eye, a bruised jaw, and a very puffy split lip.
Once Jason had gotten Hunter out of the room, Sheila and I did our best to take care of Harvey. We iced his face and helped him back into bed when he regained consciousness. And since he was in a lot of pain, we kept him company in attempt to make the situation lighter.
He hadn't been looking very good yesterday. Because of that, I was honestly surprised to see him back at school today.
