I stare out the car window, digesting my thoughts from this morning’s board meeting. Things havebeen hectic at the office with the end of the quarter coming up, and they have been equally hectic withmob business as the Walshes continue to drive into Italian territory. The only time I have been able torelax recently has been with Alexis and Harry.
Funny. I thought that introducing my baby and his mother into my life would make things morestressful, but I find that, when I am around them, I am more at ease. For the past three weeks, theyhave been worming their way deeper and deeper into my thoughts. I don’t know how to feel about it.
