It was a cold night. The wind was blowing harder than usual. Liam got out of his car and zipped his jacket up to his chin. He jogged into his house as the wind blew around him. The leaves rustled noisily in the background. Felix greeted him on the other side of the door as he kicked off his boots and walked deeper into his house. It was their second home to hide out in. He had several houses, his own, those of his late grandfather, and those of some of his colleagues that he could use as hiding places while he was still playing hide and seek with Louises.
