"It's very cold outside, Miss."
Without turning around, Bella asked, "I don't know your full name yet."
"Me?"
Bella caught a hint of amazement in the servant's voice. Maybe the question sounded strange, but she didn't care.
“My name is Felix Burlow. You can call me Felix.”
"Nice to meet you, Felix."
"The pleasure is mine, Miss."
Then there was no more conversation between them. Felix was just silent, but he did not move the slightest from his place. Bella could feel his body heat and his steady breathing.
"Where are we?"
“A place quite far from civilization,” Felix chuckled.
The place was very quiet and there was no one there apart from the three of them. There were only rows of giant trees as far as the eye could see. They rustled noisily whenever the wind blew hard.
