"Mummy." She smiled at me with so much love in her eyes that I started crying.
"Shh, you are now a mother, don't let my grandchild see you like this." She hugged me rubbing my back in circular motion. She finally left me, looking around and her eyes landed on JK. She went and took him in her arms kissing both cheeks she said, "He looks so much like his father when he was a baby, it feels like I'm holding Kenneth in my arms once again." She turn to me with tears in her eyes.
"Thank you Laura, so much." My heart exploded with joy. I thought she was going to be angry and hate me for leaving but she still loves me as she always has. My mummy.
Mum asked everyone to leave, so I can rest. She took JK with her,which helped a lot because I slept like I haven't done in a while.
