Laura's POV
I've never seen Ken this mad before, I was so scared. I placed the phone on my left ear, forgetting how to speak, all I could do was tremble and cry.
"Hey. " I finally said.
"Hello, Laura are you ok babe?"
"Yes, I'm fine." I said.
"Are you sure? who are you with?" He asked, clearly not satisfied with my previous answer.
"I promise, I'm fine ok?"
"Alright sweetie, I'll call y-" and before I'm could hear what Sam had to say, the phone was snatched from my hand and next thing, it hits the wall and scattered on the floor. No, he didn't just break my phone.
I was speechless, didn't know what to say or even do, I just waited patiently.
