They both started laughing hard, and speaking at the same time:
"That's why you were on Saturdays! Guess, we'll be spending a lot more time together than we taught."
After the dance class they were sitting in the near pub and catching up. They were both all grown up, but still looked like the time pressed pause on their friendship, for they were laughing and talking like they were those exact same kids.
They parted laughing like a couple of idiots about jokes only them two understood.
Next day she came to his studio, and was a bit disappointed when she realized they were not gonna be alone. That and her stagefright got the best of her.
"I really like these lyrics, you are really talented." Jace said.
"Thanks, but I have never been to studio, nor recorded a song so you're gonna have to help me!", she said with panic in her voice.
Pax, the one of the guys said:
"Don't be scared you can do this, I can help you and rap right beside you."
"I have the best idea, I'll write a part for you to rap.", Kayla exclaimed happily.
"So what? Meet you in a week and we can try it?", asked Pax.
"No! I'll write it now!", said Kayla already writing.
All of them looked surprised as she scribbled in her notebook vigorously.
Few minutes later she had written Pax's part, and they rehearsed a couple of time, it sounded terrible but she had so much fun. She taught to herself how lucky she is to have her best childhood friend back in her life.
They kept hanging out more, and more, she was meeting his friend, he was meeting hers, and soon they were a little gang hanging out every moment free.
