Alice's POV
It is a nice feeling, finally having the heavy bandage removed from my left eye after days of carrying it around. It's one week after the gas incident at the store and this is the second time my left eye is getting examined to check the success of the surgery.
The first one was four days ago and after examining it the doctor advice to put on another bandage to allow the eye to completely heal hoping for full recovery of the cornea tissue by the next examination. I was asked to cover my right eye which is the good eye with my palm before the examination starts, the aim is to exclusively check the affect eye without the good eye altering the outcome.
