" So even though our friends hurt us we should forgive them when they realize their mistake and apologize?" Chizzy asked facing Alice and I. We nodded in unison, we just finished reading him a goodnight story that has forgiveness as the theme and digesting it was posing a difficult task for the little guy.
" But mum that will be difficult." he protested, confusion was written all over his face and I do not blame him.
Imagine someone intentionally hurts you but just because they said a simple sorry you have to forgive them and forfeit all your revenge plans. Even I as an adult don't do that especially in the business world but what can I say here? We have to nurture the child in the morally right ways and moreover Alice will have my head if I try to teach him otherwise.
