Alice's POV
The calm drive was all I needed and Kelvin made it easier by not bringing up any discussion as we just drive in a comfortable silence to his surprise. It's the weekend and Kelvin told us, Chizzy and I to prepare to go to a place in his cabriolet sport car. He won't mention the place since it's supposed to be a surprise so we just hopped into the car trusting him to take us to the surprise.
I love surprises too so I'm not complaining. Chizzy has been jumping around inside the car and just settled down sleeping on my laps so I'm currently enjoying the ride peacefully. The wind blowing on my hair and the morning sun kissing my face is really relieving and washing down all the built of stress in my body and the fact that Kelvin is driving gently made it a lot better.
