Seeing the light from the car headlight brought back hope in my eyes and I could not help running to the center of of the road to wave it down. I was jumping and waving the car down, I did not even know who was in the car nor what they were doing here by this time because Kelvin's estate is not shared with anyone and anyone driving this direction is definitely going to the house. Fear has cleared my eyes at this point and nothing mattered again except how to get a shelter under my son's head, the little boy will not survive the winter cold if we spend the whole night here.
