"Hold on I'm coming! " I called out rinsing my hands in the kitchen sink, rushing to go get the door. The ringing continued reminding me that calling out to the person is useless, he/she will not hear a thing because the house is soundproofed and even if it wasn't the distance from the entrance is far from kitchen.
