I watched silently as the ''deputy'' made his way to his car. My eyes never left his figure, not even a second. I had to be careful, careful of him not to see me...
So, here's the plan: Derek and Stiles will be freeing Isaac tonight. They can't do it if this ''deputy'' is on their way. He's not really a deputy, Allison told us that he was a werewolf hunter and that he wanted to kill Isaac, now that we found out he's a werewolf. She would've been here helping me, but her stupid parents didn't let her leave the house, and they locked the only window in her room. Right now, I really wish Scarlet was here so she could help me with her big Katana, but sadly, she's not. She's on a trip to South Korea visiting her family. She's arriving tomorrow, I think. Now it's only just me...
Now it was the right moment. The hunter was in the perfect spot, perfect enough for me to shoot him. But I have to be fast and quiet. I grabbed my bow and an arrow, and pointed at one of his tires. I concentrated on the front one, and right when he was about to open the door I shot an arrow, making the tire loose all of it's air. Perfect...
And before you could even say Joke I shot him on his feet. He fell to the floor, giving a cry of pain. I put my bow down, watching as the hunter screamed on the cold, wet street. I smiled in satisfaction. Just as I planned it... Now all I could do was hope that Derek and Stiles could free Isaac.
Penny, I need you to be at Isaac's right now.
I read Scott's text twice. Why would he want me to go to Isaac's? I have nothing to do there. Besides, Jackson will probably be in his house and I don't wanna see him. Yeah, Scott and the others don't hate Jackson that much, now. Except for me and Lydia. He's been acting very weird. He's even more vain than usual.
I'm starting to think he's gay...
Anyways, I shrugged to myself and replied to him:
Sure. I'll be there.
When I arrived at Isaac's house all the lights were off. I was thinking that Scott would be here, too. Thank God Jackson's house had the lights off, also. Okay, so Scott didn't tell me to be here for no reason, so i'll just stop thinking about this and enter Isaac's house.
For some reason, the door was unlocked, so I slowly stepped into the dark house. When I entered the dinning room there were broken plates all over the floor, and I saw a little of blood of one of them. I shivered. I don't even wanna imagine what happened here...
Just then I heard a noise coming from the basement. Confused, I slowly followed the direction the sound was coming from. ''Hello?'' I said looking around.
Nothing. No one answered and the sound stopped. I stood in front of a door that had stairs going down. I'm guessing that's the basement... Yup, it was.
I walked down the stairs, only to find Scott standing there. ''Scott? What are you doing here? And why did you need me to come?''
He looked at me, his eyes golden and full of rage. I really don't know what was happening with him right now. ''I need you to lock me in this freezer'' he said, pointing to a freezer behind him.
''Why would you want to do that?'' I asked.
He was breathing heavily, as he replied, ''It's full moon''
And that's when it hit me. Indeed, it was full moon. How could i've forgotten about that? I mentally slapped myself as I simply said, ''Oh''
''Use those chains over there to lock the freezer'' he said as he stepped inside the freezer.
I did exactly as I was told. I grabbed the chains as I walked over the freezer. ''Are you sure you want to do this?'' I asked him softly.
He didn't even look at me out of the corner of his eyes. He just nodded. Then he started to wince in pain, and I knew that the effects of the full moon were building. ''Leave. Now'' he growled, closing his eyes.
''Scott-''
''GO!'' he cut me off.
I was a little taken aback by this, but I knew that it was only the effects of the full moon. Even though, it still hurt. I sighed, grabbing his chin with my thumb and index finger, making him look at me. Despite he was cranky, despite he was under the effects of the full moon, I kissed him full on the lips. He didn't bother to pull away, and I knew our love was even bigger than the full moon. How I love kissing him. How I love being with him. But now, I couldn't do any of those things, not until the full moon stops being a full moon. Sadly, I couldn't see him after this moment. Oh, i'm just overreacting! I'll see him tomorrow, right?
We both pulled away before we really got into this moment. Without saying anything I closed the freezer. I started to lock it with the chains, and when I finished I went upstairs.
I stood in front of the kitchen counter. I looked at the bunch of knives that were on it. I don't know why, but something told me that I needed them. For some reason, I felt like I had to protect myself at this moment. Suddenly I heard something. Something coming from the living room. I froze, not bothering to enter the living room. It was after a few seconds that I moved, only to place my hand on my mouth, slowly turning around. The hiss that started to form came from some sort of creature that was standing in the living room, looking directly at me. It's eyes were bloody red, and I couldn't help but to scream loudly.
Then the creature started to move closer. Now I could see it's full form. It was something I never saw before in my entire life. It was a big lizard-like creature. I was getting really scared now.
My hand automatically reached for the biggest knife on the counter, my eyes not leaving the creature's. ''Come on'' I muttered.
The creaturewas still hissing, and I wasn't that scared anymore when I yelled, ''COME ON!''
I regret doing that. As soon as I finished speaking the creature started to run towards me. I was ready to attack it with the knife, when out of nowhere Scott appeared standing in front of me, growling loudly at it. In reply, the creature hissed, again. It started to make his way to the wall, walking quickly pass the ceiling, and finally leaving the house through a window.
Scott and I stood there looking at the now broken window. ''What the hell was that?''
He replied without moving from his spot. ''I don't know''
