Dangerous - Chapter 6: Supplies and Sh*t

1202 Words
Jeremy sees a blur of the guy from earlier run past him. His initial reason for coming into the lunchroom in the first place was to talk Jason into fighting him outside. He usually went out to lunch with Roomie, but this was a special occasion. Somewhere deep inside of Jeremy, he felt an utter adrenaline rush from the thought of becoming enemies with someone else. Since he's the popular and rich guy, he never really had a reason to pick a fight with anybody, and no one had a reason to do so with him. Welp, until yesterday. He runs through the school's corridors tailing Jason, hearing the poor boy pant with exhaustion. The other students look their way in a frenzy and for some reason, Jeremy likes the changed attitude he's getting from them. He likes the way it feels to chase after Jason, like a predator hunting their prey. He's always gotten everything he's wanted in his life at this point, now let's see how well he will do with this situation. "Stop running!" Jeremy barks, passing a corner of the hallway and finding that Jason had already run through the school's exterior doors. He smirks at the unfamiliar feeling of having something valuable dangle in front of him, but still out of his reach. What is wrong with him? He tackles the doors open and sees Jason running towards the older part of the school. He runs after him, his heart beating in his ears. He's only a few feet away from him when Jason slams himself inside an outside supply closet and locks the door behind him. He can hear him breathing heavily inside as he pounds on the uneven metal. "Open this door! You have nowhere else to go!" Jeremy yells. "Dude, I already apologized what more do you want?" Jason breaths, leaning against the opposite wall to the door. The supply closet smells like vomit and strong chemicals, causing him to get dizzy. This is defiantly not how he wanted to spend his Friday. "You should've thought about that yesterday bitch." "Should've thought about what?" Mrs. Pastins, aka 'Dry t**s' asks as she stands behind Jeremy with a scowl on her face, her shriveled tatas hanging in angry triangles on her chest. "Jeremy, who's in the closet?" Jeremy looks in between her and the closet, hoping that Jason doesn't know that she is there. Jeremy has never got in trouble before (hard to believe). He's basically like the A student everyone in the school inspired to be, even the scholarly Asian students. He folds his arms over his chest and slurs, "Oh, uh it's this guy who got stuck in the closet accidentally. You know, getting supplies and shit." "Don't curse in front of me, boy. Move." Jeremy moves out of the way as Mrs. Dry t**s walks over to the dark green door, resting her hand on the knob and turning. Sure enough, his story checks out, but she still knocks on the door, causing Jeremy to hold his breath. "Is anybody in here?" She calls, twisting the knob one more time, but to no avail. From inside the supply closet, Jason squeaks, "Uh yeah." "Oh well, I have Jeremy here that claims you got stuck in there. Can you get out?" "Oh uh, yeah. I mean no! I can't get out, I need help." "Ah." Mrs. Dry t**s grunts, stalking back into the school to get someone to dislodge the door. Jeremy lets out a sigh and leans against the pale wall. He was sure that Jason was going to snitch on him the moment he heard that a teacher had come to his rescue, but instead he lied. After a moment of silence, Jason's voice emits from behind the door he has locked himself in with. "So... all's forgiven right?" Jeremy snorts and shakes his head before saying, "Sorry, I don't take charity. We're still fighting." Silence again fills the space in between them as Jason screams internally, so Jeremy decides to talk first. "I'll make sure it's not that painful." He jokes. "You're really an asshole." Sighing, Jason rests his head against the wall behind him and continues, "Look I know that I punched you before but I didn't mean it. I swear, if you're mad about not getting the flyer then I'll give it to you! Just leave me alone." "Oh i'm going to that party; I don't need a piece of paper to tell me otherwise. And you should've thought about that before you waltzed all over me like some kind of f*****g bad b***h wanna be." Jeremy spots Mrs. Dry t**s coming back with a guy holding a red metal container in his hand and moves closer to the door, making sure that Jason can hear his every last word. "From now on, you're my bitch." Honestly, he didn't really know why he said that. He kind of thought it was the right get away saying for the spur of the moment, but at the end, it just seemed like Jeremy was trying to get into Jason's draws. He instantly mentally face palms himself as he walks towards the school's entrance. Jason is speechless. He didn't really know how to respond without actually going out there and trying to punch him. Who gave him the right to call him his b***h? After a few seconds he hears the click of the knob, then the door opens slowly divulging Mrs. Dry t**s standing behind some repairman. "Are you aware that the door was just locked?" He asks, putting a small rod back in his metal tool box. Jason just shrugs and walks out, his heart beating faster from what had just happened. He really can't wait to just go home. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jason walks into the building and is greeted with Natalie folding her arms over her chest. Her face is beat red from anger, and her fists are tightly squeezed shut. "What's wrong?" He asks, stalking over to his locker. He had missed half of 5th period with that little stunt him and Jeremy pulled. "What's wrong is that you left me by myself at lunch! I told you sit with me at the front." He mentally slaps himself because he had forgotten about them eating together, but give him a break. They just started dating. He scratches the back of his head and murmurs, "Sorry, I was a little busy doing.... other stuff." "Sometimes I wonder why I started dating you." Jason rolls his eyes and takes his geography textbook from the inside of his locker. She really is a drama queen. "Don't roll your eyes at me! Ugh, you're so annoying!" Natalie seethes. "Aren't you supposed to be in class?" From the time they started dating which was yesterday, they started getting into arguments faster than you can say "Drama Queen", and Natalie was the butt of all of them. SHE rolls her eyes and fumes, "I was out here waiting like a i***t for you, so we can both go into class together like a NORMAL couple." Jason closes his locker shut before turning to Natalie with a grimace on his face. "Fine, let's go then."
