"Um what just happened?" Coldren asks, standing by the door in confusion.
Jason sighs, but continues to hold Jeremy's arm as he says,
"There was a unexpected visit from Jeremy's mom. He just needs to cool off."
Jason has never known that this was the first time Jeremy's mom was visiting him in years. The thought made his stomach flip with guilt.
Jeremy, still red in the face, ignores everyone's eyes as he stares at the huge flat screen television over his head.
