Rose had had it with his condescending manner; he forced her to live in his villa on the pretext of protecting her, then he forced her to marry him.
She would be damned and damned again if she would do as he wished. She rushed to the bathroom, took a quick shower, ready to leave this villa and Joseph’s life once and for all.
She stuffed the few clothes she had brought in a duffle bag but just as she was about to leave, Ashely the housekeeper, brought her the phone.
“Who is it?” she asked curious to know who was on the other side of the phone.
“It is sir Joseph ma’am…” she started saying but Rose cut her off before she could say anything else.
“I’m not taking it.” She said with a finality that shocked Ashley.
