She thought she had left him for good. Seeing him again sent shivers down her spine. She tried to get rid of him and now, she was working for him. What sort of thing is this?

Why did she not think about all these before she applied for a job?

Why did the not think that he would have a company here? Drew group should have sent her a warning note but she was too blind to think about it because of her job

What could she do?

Why did she not ask whom her boss could be? Why didn't she make enquiries?

What sort of mess has she gotten herself into? she thought as she lowered her head. she would not want him to see her. After all he would surely recognise her.

The moment she lowered her head, he walked towards the door while she hurriedly covered a part of her face.

Just as she thought that everything was going to end soon without a scene, his guard suddenly stopped and glanced at her

"Hey!! Are you new here? Are you a new employee?

Why won't you say hello to Mr Zamiel? he asked while she rolled her eyes in frustration.

What sort of foolish guard is this? Why would he not just leave and act like he didn't see her?

What the guard said made Mr Zamiel stop on his track and stare at the woman who acted weird. who was she? He thought.

Staring at her delicate and flawless skin for a second, he suddenly had a b***r, he slowly gazed at her pink lips for a while.

Wow Mr Zamiel looks so distracted his assistant thought, He was in shock. He had never seen Mr Zamiel stare at a woman that way.

He never wanted to have anything to do with women. Now staring at this woman really shocked him

Zamiel quickly looked away as if nothing ever happened to him but then he stared at her again. He had seen her somewhere before.

Isn't this.... isn't this the same woman from the tv station? what is she doing here? He thought in shock as his eyes widened.

It's... it's you!! He exclaimed.

Seeing that her plans didn't work out, she rolled her eyes and sighed in embarrassment. f**k this stupid assistant!

Wearing a fake smile, she said "Wow such a coincidence! I didn't think I will see you again" she said smiling.

His assistant, Ray looked at them and frowned. since when did his boss start to look at other women.

He had never spoken about women aside from business issues.

Glancing at her again, he left for the lobby. His assistant looked at them and hurriedly walked behind him, keeping his questions and doubts to himself.

Omg I'm screwed!! Hazel said as she hurriedly took out her phone from her purse, she couldn't do this anymore. she couldn't bear to work in his company.

She dialled the personnel manager number and waited until she picked up the call.

Miss Hazel Williams is there a problem? she asked.

I want to resign from this offer, she said with a hint of desperation in her voice.

What??? the manager yelled out.

this was the first time she heard something as absurd as that.

What do you mean?

"I mean I'm not in the post anymore" hazel said.

Never;!! you can't leave. in fact, you are destined for the job, this job is meant for you, so no one can take the offer aside you!. she said and hung up without giving Hazel the chance to say any other thing.

I'm really screwed! she said and held her head.

She couldn't leave?? She doesn't want to stay. What can she do to leave! Why work under a man like him?

She had thought that she had gotten a good job without having to introduce her children to their father and her she was working under him.

is this fate or what???

Damn it!! she squealed as she walked to her office, All the times she spent in the office, her mind was not at rest because she was scared that she would see him

Luckily for her, he did not request for her neither did she see him at all, she was happy because things has gone smoothly.

smiling in happiness when she left the company and was about to board a cab, she heard a thud and wailing.

" I would not leave this place! someone said. she turned back to see an old man in his sixties crying as he sat properly on a car.

He hit me and refused to take responsibility for it, he said to anyone that cared to listen to her

Hazel became confused. who would hit an old man and refuse to take responsibility? that's absurd.

suddenly a short man walked out of the car, looking impatient and serious.

He walked towards the man and yelled in frustration and anger

"old man you are being an hindrance to us, you are delaying me.

"you hit me, the old man replied.

if you don't leave now I'll call the police the man said.

The old man looked scared at the mention of the police but the he quickly replaced it with a cry which looked so pitiful in the sight of people.

"He hit me! he would not take responsibility for it instead he wants to call the police, aren't you you supposed to take responsibility for all that you've done to me? you're being inhumane!! you're so heartless.

I never hit you, you are only trying to take advantage of the situation! stop trying to black mail me, old man the man said with an impatient voice and a huge frown on his face.

Hazel felt that the man was a hit and run driver that won't take responsibility for what he had done, she frowned.

"I hate injustices! she thought and glared at the man.

you've done something done something bad, are you not supposed to take her to the hospital immediately?

The old man smiled secretly when he saw that someone was on his side

"He almost tried to break my legs and still believe that he never did that, just because I have no kids to take care of me"

Hazel felt sad for the man"I will help you get justice, okay? you should not feel sad about what happened.

The man smirked secretly and smiled at her

the man looked at them in irritation. " can't you see that she's taking it? I never hit her! I stopped the brakes immediately she wanted to cross the road.

That's not true the man would never tell lies. I think you're being dishonest right now. Hazel said angrily.

" can't you see that he's trying to black mail me while he uses you to get what he wants?

Now that I think of it, you are his accomplice!

" What? are you trying to turn the tables or what?

While hazel and the man we're going back and forth about the old man

a black Benz stopped few metres away from them.

Zamiel rolled down the car windows as he watched what was going on and his assistant looked at him in shock

" it seems that miss Hazel is thoughtless right now, she didn't know what happened and she's siding with the woman.

, I am so sorry for what happened. seems like he doesn't realise his mistake, I'll help you out with some money, it can help you with your treatment right?.

The man smiled happily, his eyes filled with greediness as if it's what he's been waiting for.

can I have your phone for a moment Hazel said to him before the old man could reply she dragged the phone and ran away

Hey what are you doing? the old man shouted and chased after her

while hazel stopped in the front of the black Benz and glared at the man

Didn't you tell me that the man broke your legs? How come you have such speed to run after me? Hazel mocked.

The old man eyes got dark when he realised Hazel tricked him and spoilt his plans.

Hazel turned to the driver who also rushed towards them with an apologetic look on her face.

"I am sorry....."

Didn't I tell you it was lies at first instance? the man asked

I'm so sorry I should have confirmed, you should leave now she said with a look of embarrassment on her face.

The old man eyes grew red with anger. why did the tables have to turn against him? he thought as he angrily brought out a pocket knife from her pocket and rushed towards hazel, her gaze not leaving her sight.

Miss Watch out!!! she heard the young man yell out while she glanced at him. she could see the look of terror on his face.......
