Chapter 5 — The World Calls Him a Calamity Valenfall did not sleep that night. Church bells rang in panic. Knights flooded the streets. Noble families locked their gates while rumors spread faster than fire. The execution failed. The gallows broke. Darkness swallowed the square. And at the center of every whisper— The Black Star. Arjun and Lyra emerged from the shadows miles outside the capital, standing atop a ruined watchtower overlooking the city lights. Lyra staggered slightly.
