We took that vacation we so needed shortly after Kira and Aurora came back.
We had found out that I was pregnant that night and it was exactly the same age as Aurora's; two months.
That was confirmed the following day when we visited the hospital.
The doctor laughed at me for I was a wolf and I was so clueless because, apparently, at two months, I should have been able to hear the baby’s heartbeat.
But even if I had heard it, I wasn’t sure that I would have been able to know it was a pup growing in me.
And the fact that Aurora and I were pregnant at the same time meant that our babies would be age mates.
