I was tired, I was exhausted, I was angry and hungry.
We had spent the better part of that day trying to locate Triz or Logan but none of them were in our radar.
I had tried thinking and rethinking why Triz would do that to us but I did not have an answer.
I could not think of any reason why she would do that.
Haven't I been good to her?
I thought she was a good person and that was why I had helped her.
In fact, I had helped her on account of what Strina did: Strina risked her life and her family's life to save mine.
That was the reason why I took Triz under my wing and from what I had observed so far, she was a good person.
I had taken her sister.
Was I naive to believe that she was good?
Could it have been all a ruse from her to make me lower my guard?
