I couldn't take away my eyes from Alia because I feel like I'm looking at Emma. Her Sapphire blue eyes keep me distracted from everything around me as if it's the only one that exists.
She's also staring at me. Maybe she thinks I'm challenging her; that's why she's returning my gaze as if she'll eat me alive.
If only she will see my mate, she will understand why. Aside from the color of her eyes, I could also feel a sort of connection with her. It's not a mate bond; it's more on I feel sad for her because there's something in her eyes that triggers the feeling of sympathy; I can see the sadness in her eyes, and it makes my heart quite heavy. A part of me has this strong urge to help her, to help her ease the sorrow she's been holding inside.
