I could see he was upset, he turned around but when he turned back, he had a huge smile on his face, dripping with fakeness.
“Now that, that is all over, let us get to the good part. The feasting”
He clapped his hands, and a bunch of Omega’s came through the doors their trays dripping with food and drink. The three of us drifted back to each other. We watched as the Omega’s passed us. We had discussed beforehand that we would not eat or drink any of the food that we were offered.
