As I walked in, I saw that Cain was back. I walked back to the kitchen where my brothers, my true pack was waiting. I must have looked worried because both of them turned to me “Kai, Joe all right”
“Yeah, I think she has some stomach thing. Plus, all the stress that we all have been putting her through especially me, and then her husband arriving like that, she just isn’t feeling well.”
I heard Conner snort with laughter “Plus the fact that she is pregnant must be hard”
I turned to him “What?”
Both of them looked at me “Yeah can’t you smell it, her whole scent has changed”
