Narrator’s POV—
After receiving the call from Chris, Sophia walked to the living hall where her husband James was waiting along with his childhood friend Lucas Dalton.
They looked at her expectantly because when she received the call from Chris, she excused herself.
“What now?? Did he cancel his stay in Luc’s house?” James asked furrowing his eyebrows. The son of his was very unpredictable and that made it difficult for him to guess what he was about to do!
“No. He called to inform me that he will be taking Samantha along to Dalton house and stay there tonight. Tomorrow they will leave directly to the airport. But…” Sophia trailed off and seemed bothered about something!
