It was almost three o’clock when the movies ended and by that time Samantha was fast asleep in Chris’s arms. Richard left for his own penthouse and Dan and Nikita occupied the guest room after arguing whether to sleep in the same room or not. Chris was much relieved than before though the dark clouds of uncertainty still hovered over his head!
