The Dewberry Estates was once owned by Count Wilson Dewberry, from the small nation of Eplos, somewhere in the Mediterranean. He had a daughter that wanted to attend college in the United States. The popular rumor was that, on a tour of schools across the U.S., he met a college professor and they fell head over heels for each other. He wanted to marry her, but she refused to give up her position at the University. So, he bought the Dewberry Estates for her and moved to the United States. They lived at the Dewberry until she passed away. With her gone, he couldn’t bear to live there, so he sold it. It now serves as a special functions facility.
