Hayden tried to minimise the number of business trips he made as much as it was possible in his position. He left a lot of things – some tasks he used to do in person – to Christian, since he was no longer keen on travelling. There were some occasions, however, when he couldn’t entrust anybody else with the job, and at those times, he just had to pack his suitcase. He hated to leave Lana at home and spend the night alone, somewhere in a remote city’s hotel room. One time, it was a must for him to go to Barcelona, and whichever way they looked at it, Lana just couldn’t go with him.
