Lana shivered, and Hayden turned her to face him. He held her tightly in both arms. ‘Are you cold?’ he asked gently. ‘Maybe just a little,’ she breathed, burying her face in his palm. ‘There’s this hotel, where we got changed,’ he pointed in the direction of Hotel Camelot Castle, whose façade was now painted purplish red in the rays of the sunset. ‘I know fine well that this place is beautiful. The area is undoubtedly magical, and we’ve travelled a long way… I was still thinking…’ he scratched his forehead, looking at Lana with hesitation. ‘What were you thinking, dear?’ Lana asked, narrowing her eyes. ‘I was thinking that since this is going to be our wedding night… ehm… I don’t really want to spend it in a hotel. We’ll have plenty of opportunities to sleep in hotels. So…’ Lana look
