Caleb’s POV
Absolutely starstruck I stood there, my arms propped up on the bar with this heat burning inside of me as my wolf panted at the sight of her. Her smell alone was enough to drive me wild but as she stood before me I genuinely couldn’t believe we had finally found her. It took all my strength to hold my wolf back from darting over the bar and holding her in a way that wouldn’t be appropriate, I watched her face as her eyes trailed from Ezekiel, to Zion and finally fall on me. She held her gaze a little too long that I was practically panting in front of her, I reached to pull on my collar that was suddenly suffocating me, restricting my wolf from having his way with her.
“Darling you’ve got to stop teasing us with those eyes” Ezekiel growled, his eyes flashing black with lust. I knew this would be particularly hard for him, he was the lead Alpha, the strongest of us all with the most wolf like qualities. Rufina looked down to her feet, her cheeks sporting a light blush, she fiddled with a towel she had in her hands. She was so dainty, her small hands shouldn’t be working. My wolf grumbled realising she worked here of all places, serving unmated men, who would probably love to have their way with her. I started biting my lip as anger flooded through me imagining her flirting for tips and being gawped at by god knows who.
Zions POV
Her shiny deep red hair bounced down her arms almost hiding her from us, i couldn’t help myself. I reached out and tangled a wavy strand through my finger tips, my wolf was itching to taste her. I let it fall again before I did something she wasn’t ready for, she looked up and met my eyes a soft smirk planted on her face, I listened to her once steady breathing now quickening, my little angel was nervous.
“Don’t be scared” I assured her in a soft voice, she pushed the front of her hair behind her ear revealing more beautiful skin by her collarbone. “I-I don’t understand how you are all my mates” she spluttered looking embarrassed.
Ezekiel’s POV
She looked even more delicious when she was nervous, my wolf growing at me begging me to pin her against the wall and finally expose what her dress is hiding.
“Well we’re identical and more often than most that means we’ll share a mate, it’s rare for triplets or twins to have separate mates.” Explained Caleb gently. Her eyes widened growing with concern.
“So all three of you would be with me?” She asked unsure if she caught what Caleb meant.
“Yes darling” I assured, her face was dancing through emotions. Was she not happy to be our mate? We were more than happy, how could we not be? I felt a slight pang of disappointment travel through me, my wolf whimpered at the thought of her being anything less than happy.
“I think I need some time to process this” she stated softly, she placed the towel down and turned toward the back of the bar, sneaking through a door quietly. I felt pained. How could she not be certain like we are? Does she already have a boyfriend? My mind started spinning, anger bubbling inside of me thinking of another male stroking her hair, caressing her body, even kissing those soft red lips. My eyes flashing black I gripped onto the bar almost breaking it.
“Ezekiel what’s the matter with you?” Zion questioned expressing his annoyance.
“We didn’t even ask if she has a boyfriend” I huffed.
“s**t you’re right” groaned Caleb shaking his head softly and resting it against his palm.
“I didn’t get a scent from any males on her, look, she’s just been told she has three mates, three alpha mates for that matter. Give her a little time to understand what that means.” Zion comforted.
Rufina POV
I stood behind the back door with my back pressed against it, panting my wolf was yearning for them. A feeling I’d never felt before, she was ready to be taken control of she was practically having withdrawals now that I wasn’t gazing at all three of them. Trying to calm myself I placed the palm of my hand on my chest counting my breathing, three alpha mates I thought, three of them one of me. I signed wondering what that would even look like, my wolf was intrigued flashing pornographic pictures of what it would look like in my head. I shook my head pushing that away, it was a little late for that, the heat in my body rising and I know the boys would be able to smell my arousal. Looking at the clock ticking I realised my shift was over, I grabbed my bag and pushed back through the door more than expecting the boys to want to get me home. Ugh. They’re not going to be impressed of where I live, more than likely this is where the rejection happens. I felt waves of worries consume me, my heart hurt, my wolf cried, they wouldn’t reject me would they? I couldn’t handle three rejections, I think I would die. Coming through all the boys eyes were on me, Ezekiel was practically foaming at the mouth, on the edge of his seat. In fact all of them were on the edge of their seats, all could smell my arousal just as I thought. I walked over to them slowly trying to push my hair over me concealing the smell.
“I’m all finished here for today” I said shyly.
Ezekiel shot Caleb a fierce look, I wish I could hear what they are saying to each other.
“We can’t let you go home without us” smirked Ezekiel. Even though I was 2 feet away I could feel his body heat edging closer to me. Caleb and Zion each grinning from ear to ear their eyes watching my every move. I shifted on my feet uncomfortably not even knowing where to look, my wolf yearned to be held by them. I snapped to reality annoyed at their smug looks, I know exactly what they wanted. Me, alone with the three of them where they could do whatever they wanted to me, the thought of that made me blush as I began to weaken at the idea of it.
“I’m perfectly capable of being alone” I snapped unknowingly. I felt a little guilty watching their faces drop, evidently hurt by the thought of my independence.
“We know you can be alone, we just want to make sure you’re safe, can’t you be alone with us?” Asked Zion. I sighed knowing what my wolf wanted, she pleaded with me arguing they would be good for me, it would feel good to be with them. I bit my lip debating on letting them come home with me, I know they’d be disappointed with where I stay, I nervously played with the hem of my skirt.
“I live on the other side of the tracks” I mumbled not looking up in fear of rejection. No one said a word, I could feel my eyes welling up with tears and my face darkening, the silence was killing me. I kept my head low looking at the ground wondering if they were speaking to each others minds, deciding on how to reject me. The deafening silence was too much to handle, I slowly looked up, my eyes glassy with tears, all three bothers were looking at me softly their eyes pained. This is it I thought, this is the rejection. Zions arm reached out and held mine, his touch felt like lightning bolts through my arm, my body grew warmer and my wolf was restless, needing an answer. “Rufina” he sighed, the way he said my name made me weak, my legs trembling I was heating up but this wasn’t the time to want to pounce on him. I bit my lip and looked up at him anticipating for the rejection. “Rufina, we can’t have you stay there anymore, it’s not right for you, you belong with us, where we know you’re safe. Well, where we can keep you safe” he explained softly as he stroked my arm with his thumb, looking at me longingly with actual concern in his eyes. Taken aback, I brushed his hand off my arm and stepped back, I looked from him to Caleb who had the same growing worry in his eyes, to Ezekiel who was clearly undressing me with his eyes, I know why he wanted me to go with them. My heart practically coming out of my chest I placed my hand onto it slowly counting my breaths. Leave where I’m from? Did they want me to live with them? There’s no way their family would accept me. The beating of my chest got louder, so loud it consumed me, my eyes rolled back and closed. All I could hear was the beating.
