23 A pounding headache marred my return flight. I did too much drinking over the weekend and I wasn’t used to drinking so much. I remember committing to helping Toby by trying to find the real killer. Exactly what that entailed was anybody’s guess. My first allegiance was to my patients, but there were still a number of gaps in my schedule. If I worked it right and rearranged some things, I could probably free more time for investigating.
