I didn't mean to leave,

I didnt want to go.

Oh how I, oh how I

Need you to know.

Please don't feel any guilt,

Please don't live with regret .

I know that you miss me,

But please try not to fret.

I swear I am with you,

More than ever before.

Please fight back the demons,

And don't lose the war.

I can see how it hurt you,

When I had to go.

Oh how I, oh how I

Need you to know.

It wasn't supposed to end up this way,

With you, my two girls,

I wanted to stay.

Be kind, be patient, and keep your faith,

I know you don't want to,

But be patient and wait.

Untill God calls you home,

And your job there is thru.

Please, don't you worry,

I'll be waiting for you.
